Yesterday, I cooked "oden", which is Japnanese traditional food. The way to make oden is so easy that few people fail to do because oden needs boiling in a soup.
However, I stuck to the soup and mingled many ingredients. I was sure that this is best soup as ever as people had.
Fortunately, the taste was terrible. The odor induced me to assume the smell of mud. Sorry, this is too extreme. What I wanted to say is that oden cooking finished with sad result. Houever, I cannot waste the oden because it is mottainai, so I am managing to reduce the amount of too much oden....
